Rivet 1 maintenance: Rivet 1.8.3 release

Rivet version 1.8.3 is now available. This release improves the accessibility of the dropdown and tabs components.

Accessibility improvements #

This release makes enhancements to the accessibility of the dropdown and tabs components, including:

• The first item in a dropdown menu receives focus when the dropdown is opened
• The window no longer scrolls when the user presses the arrow keys while navigating dropdown items or tabs
