Rivet version 2.1.0 is now available. This release adds a year to the calendar tile, introduces a monospace text utility, and fixes various display bugs.

Calendar tile year #

This release adds support for an optional year to the calendar tile component.

Monospace text utility #

This release adds the .rvt-font-mono utility CSS class.

You can use this utility class to set the font of some text to monospace. This can be useful for highlighting confirmation codes, order numbers, and other important details of a transaction.

Display bug fixes #

This release updates the header and card components to fix display-related bugs.

The .rvt-prose utility class has also been updated to correctly display the style of code elements within running text.

Dialog click handler bug fix #

This release fixes a bug that caused the dialog component to close in response to a click event that removed its target element from the dialog.

Complete list of updates #

For a complete list of updates made in version 2.1.0, see the Rivet changelog.

Rivet 1 migration and end of life #

With the release of Rivet 2, Rivet 1 is now deprecated.

You are encouraged to begin migrating your applications to Rivet 2. See the migration guide to learn more about moving from Rivet 1 to Rivet 2.

Rivet 1 will officially reach end of life in Q4 2023. For more information, see the Rivet 1 end-of-life timeline.
